Delivery & Returns
General Delivery Information
You will receive your order usually two to five days after we receive your payment. Longer delivery periods may occur if you order during a stock drop or while we have a special sale offer.
All shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, customs fees and VAT) which are determined by the country of destination. They are based on the country of origin/production of the purchased goods and are collected once your package reaches your country. RELIVE IT RELOVE IT does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what your special fees may be. If you have these additional charges, they must be submitted in order for your package to clear customs. For more information about your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
RELIVE IT RELOVE IT ships worldwide. Outside Albania, all deliveries are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and duties, which are imposed once a shipment arrives in your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance fees and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc.) if applicable. Please check with your local customs office before purchasing, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is unusable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. In relation to exchanges, cancellations or returns, the customer must pay the shipping of the product to our store.
